Refund policy

At Cowboy Coffee Store, we want you to enjoy every cup. Because our coffee is a food product, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on coffee or merchandise unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review the situation and assist you.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Coffee that has been opened or brewed

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Normal taste preference differences

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
